Ten years ago, Kelly had a medical emergency. As an employee of a small retail business, she had no insurance. Without options, she went to the emergency room.

Nine-year-old Michelle’s father moved from their home country of Venezuela two years ago for a better, safer life. She and her mother followed shortly after.

Camila P. was born with Treacher Collins, a rare genetic syndrome that stunts the development of facial bones.

Natalie H. learned about Grace through her neighbor Maggie, who used to be a volunteer. She and Maggie were talking one day in their driveways and she shared that she didn’t have insurance.

Arthur and Carla lost their home to a fire and had no where to have their health needs met. They found out about Grace, were able to enroll as patients, and see a primary care provider.

Valter and Maria Izabel C. have been patients at Grace for three years. They have dedicated their lives to social work and volunteer at a local food pantry.

I learned about Grace Medical Home through a friend at Discovery Church. Grace has been an amazing support through the nightmare I experienced after being physically assaulted by a former roommate.
